The KeysAI Referral Program (“The Program”) allows KeysAI users to earn premium subscription benefits (“Referral Rewards”) by referring friends to KeysAI. By participating in The Program, users agree to these terms and the KeysAI Terms of Service. Capitalised terms not defined here have the same meaning as defined in the KeysAI Terms of Service.
How to Earn Referral Rewards
KeysAI users can earn Referral Rewards if: A user sends 5 referral to his friends and all the 5 referred friends perform a Qualifying Action (as defined below).
The referring KeysAI users will be credited with the Referral Rewards for the Qualifying Action after the completion of the action. A referral invitation may include offers for specific Qualifying Actions, such as inviting friends to join KeysAI. A user can earn Referral Reward if the referred friend completes the Qualifying Action.
The maximum Referral Reward that can be earned per KeysAI user will be 1 year of premium subscription free unless indicated otherwise in the referral invitation or accompanying promotional materials.
Qualifying Actions
A Qualifying Action must comply with the requirements indicated in the referral invitation or accompanying promotional materials.
The Qualifying Action must be completed by the referred friend as specified in the referral invitation. This may include actions such as downloading the KeysAI app through the unique referred link and reaching a certain usage threshold.
Redeeming Referral Rewards
The Referral Rewards will be automatically applied to the referring user’s account upon the completion of the referred friend’s Qualifying Action.
Referral Rewards may not be earned by multiple downloads on the same device.
Users are responsible for any tax consequences resulting from the redemption or use of Referral Rewards.
Sharing Referral Links
Referral links should only be used for personal and non-commercial purposes. Users are prohibited from spamming anyone with referral invitations or using automated systems to distribute referral links.
KeysAI reserves the right to take any necessary action, including cancelling accounts or access, if fraud, violations of these terms, or technical errors are suspected. Void where prohibited.
Multiple Referrals
A referred friend may only use one referral link. If a referred friend receives referral links from multiple KeysAI users, only the KeysAI user associated with the referral link actually used by the referred friend will receive Referral Rewards.
The Program may not be combined with other KeysAI referral programs or incentives.
Severability
If any provision in these terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain valid and enforceable.
Termination and Changes
KeysAI may suspend or terminate The Program or a user’s ability to participate at any time for any reason.
We reserve the right to suspend accounts or remove Referral Rewards if we notice any activity that we believe is abusive, fraudulent, or in violation of the KeysAI Terms of Service.
Updates to the Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued participation in The Program after any modification shall constitute consent to such modification.
