Canceling Your Trial or Subscription:
We understand that sometimes you may need to cancel a trial or subscription. Here’s a simple guide to help you through the process:
- Open the App Store on your Apple device.
- Tap on your profile picture in the top right corner.
- Select “Subscriptions.”
- Find and tap on the desired app.
- Choose “Cancel Subscription” or “Cancel Trial.”
PS: Subscriptions can also be managed using the Manage Subscription button present on the Settings Screen in all the apps distributed by Zerovik on the Apple’s App Store.
Refunds and Billing:
We want to clarify that as Publishers distributing Apps on the App Store, we don’t handle billing or refunds directly. Here’s what you need to know:
- Refunds and billing are managed by Apple for purchases made through the App Store.
- Zerovik doesn’t have access to your payment information.
- Publishers are not allowed to charge cards or issue refunds.
- If you have concerns about charges or need a refund, please contact Apple Support directly.
