At Zerovik, we strive to deliver high-quality digital products and services. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, or you need to cancel your subscription, please read our policy below:
1. Cancellations
- Subscriptions:
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will stop any future billing, and you will retain access to the purchased service until the end of the current billing period.
To cancel, visit your account settings in the app or contact our support team at support@zerovik.com. - One-Time Purchases:
One-time purchases of digital goods (such as lifetime access, feature unlocks, etc.) cannot be canceled once delivered unless required by law.
2. Refunds
- Eligibility for Refunds:
- Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the original purchase date.
- To be eligible for a refund, your request must meet one of the following:
- You did not receive the product or service.
- The product or service was not as described or had a technical issue that we could not resolve.
- You were charged in error.
- Non-Refundable Items:
- Refunds are not provided for change of mind, partial usage, or unused periods after cancellation of subscription.
- Purchases made via third-party app stores (Apple App Store, Google Play) must be refunded through those platforms and are subject to their respective policies.
- How Refunds are Processed:
- Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
- Refunds are processed in the same currency as the original transaction. Currency conversion charges or bank fees, if any, are non-refundable.
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please email us at support@zerovik.com with:
- The email address used for the purchase
- Order ID or payment receipt
- The reason for your request
We may request additional information to verify your identity and process your request.
4. Exceptions
Zerovik reserves the right to refuse refund requests that do not meet the above criteria or if abuse of the refund policy is suspected.
5. Changes to This Policy
Zerovik may update this policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with the updated effective date.
